 How it works 

1. Sign up at website above for the monthly subscription or one-off consult calls. Subscriptions include ONE call per month with Lane and Sarah, med/supp suggestions, assistance with ordering medications and unlimited email communication with Lane and Sarah 

2. All questions related to internal health, lab reads, supp/med suggestions are included 

3. Links for any supplement suggestions will be included 

4. Labs- labs can be obtained anywhere. Below is list of labs we need and avenues to obtain them 

5. Once lab results are in please email to [email protected] and copy [email protected] 

6. Be sure your current supp/med sheet is updated AT THIS LINK!

7. Lane and Sarah will review labs then send a thorough assessment with suggestions in 1-2 business days

 9. Scripts will be called in using your insurance to your pharmacy or place order to compounding pharmacy depending on the medication

If you have a regular cycle please get day 19-21 so we can see estrogen metabolism; this is 19 21 days from day 1 of period 

1. CBC with ferritin 

2. Full lipid panel 

2. CMP 

3. Thyroid- TSH, free t3, free t4, reverse t3, TPOAB 

4. Hormone- free testosterone, total test, estrogen, estradiol, progesterone, cortisol, DHEA, SHBG, LH, FSH 

5. Vit D3 

6. A1C 

7. Insulin 


Option 1- Your Doctor 

 You can bring this list to your doctor to start or skip ahead to option 2. Be aware that most doctors will not play ball and run them all. We want all the info!  If they will not run them all then move to option 2 and 3 below. Also be aware that your insurance may not cover a script your doctor writes. Be sure to call your insurance company to ensure everything is covered. If not, paying out of pocket with option 2 will be cheaper.

Complete form below and take to a local lab for the lab draw. 

You will need to call your insurance company to see if any of the labs will be covered and how to file. 

The ICD-10 Codes are listed on the form for billing purposes. I recommend you keep a copy of the form to file with insurance. 

If not covered by insurance, you will be required to pay out of pocket. Check with your local lab facilities for quotes. 

We cannot guarantee they will reimburse.....be sure to do your homework!

NOTE- we will want to rerun labs every 6 months so keep that in mind; cell turnover takes 4 months so no need to rerun anything before the
